Shine Lipstick - NYX Professional Makeup Shine Loud Lip Color
I received this product in the shade Goal Crusher. The color preference and packaging are different from the color of the product, but I was not surprised because I knew this beforehand. I really liked the lipstick, it actually lasts all day and looks great on well-prepared (mine aren't very well-prepared) lips. If you have heavily textured lips, this may not be the best option for you.
I ordered a lipstick in shade 06, which appeared to be a dark nude color in the swatches, but in reality, I received a dark burgundy shade. It's really disappointing because this shade doesn't suit me at all, and now I don't know what to do with this lipstick. The formula of the lipstick is very drying, so make sure to moisturize your lips properly. Additionally, the product doesn't always apply evenly, and sometimes the lipstick flakes off, which doesn't look very aesthetically pleasing.
This is my first time using such a lipstick. It really stays on all day long. I think it's the best for red color. The only thing I don't really like is that it's very difficult to remove... Even though I use a good makeup remover. Overall, I recommend it.
The lipstick is tricky to use, especially if you haven't used similar ones before, so it can be disappointing. You cannot apply it over primers or lip liners. Here's what you should do: exfoliate and moisturize your lips, then remove any excess moisture, after that apply a thin layer of lipstick, wait for it to dry COMPLETELY, if you need to apply another thin layer of lipstick, wait again for it to completely dry, and only then apply a lip gloss. This lipstick is amazing! It is long-lasting and passed the test with both guys and me. We ate dumplings, drank coffee, and it stayed perfect until the end of the day. If you don't rub your lips, it will stay on until the end of the day. The shine is not very pleasant, as if it's oily, but I didn't plan on using it anyway. Super, I give it a thumbs up.
Well, I applied the lipstick, wore it for 3 hours, ate fried chicken with salad (where half of it was avocado), and I confidently declare that the lipstick passed the durability test.
I bought it specifically to smoke without leaving lipstick marks, and based on the reviews, I got the impression that the gloss solidifies and comes off like a film. But that's not the case at all. It's just a regular glossy shine without pigment, which serves as a conditional protective layer. The only innovative thing here is that the gloss doesn't eat away at the lipstick and doesn't allow for fingerprints. However, the clear gloss itself leaves marks everywhere. But it's not pigment, so it will work for smoking, and the color 06 is gorgeous. If you happen to have the 38 pencil from Seventeen, then you'll recognize the color.
For me, this lip gloss is a real find. It stays on wonderfully! It allows you to eat, drink, and talk without fading away. To remove it, water doesn't work, not all micellar waters either. But if you have a facial sponge, it will help you.
I purchased the shade Daring Damsel. It is impossible to apply it properly - even though I don't rub my lips together, I apply it thinly, let it dry, and then only apply oil. The layer of lipstick flakes off and smudges. It doesn't matter if my lips are moisturized or not - it still smudges upon application. I'll give it a star for its longevity, as it stays on for a long time and can be easily removed with a hydrophilic oil.
This is a great product that lasts a long time. First, apply the lipstick, then WAIT for a minute for it to dry, and then apply the lip gloss.
This product is a nightmare! It clumps together and cannot be removed by anything.
This lipstick is terrible and not worth the money. I saw a review on YouTube saying how great it is. Girls, I suggest you choose a different lipstick or a soft lip pencil instead.
I did not like it at all... In a nutshell, it was a complete disaster.
I was really excited to try this lipstick because I had seen reviews and was intrigued by how this matte lipstick transforms into a glossy finish without smudging the color (and it lasts a long time). Unfortunately, this interesting concept of a lipstick also turned out to be somewhat disappointing for me. I tested it several times at home.
The first time, I used a primer (as I knew it could dry out my lips, so I applied the Inglot primer and Lamel lip liner beforehand). However, with the primer, the lipstick started to crumble after about an hour of wear (I have a photo of this nightmare, but I didn't want to attach it because it's unpleasant to look at).
The second time, I tested the lipstick only with the lip liner (it's a bit challenging for me to apply liquid matte lipstick evenly without a lip liner). It lasted longer (I wore it for about 2-3 hours), then I had coffee with it, followed by eating french fries and meat, and it didn't smudge as much. However, after half an hour after lunch, it started to fade slightly in the inner lip area and small crumbs were coming off at the edge where the lip liner was applied. I tried to touch it up a bit, but as mentioned before, the crumbs don't completely go away and mix with the freshly applied lipstick.
Since this lipstick can be removed with oily makeup removers, I think the lip liner, which is slightly greasy, as well as oily foods, may remove the lipstick. The only problem is that it doesn't come off like other lipsticks, it turns into crumbs, which makes it difficult to reapply.
However, I really liked the idea that a matte lipstick can be transformed into a glossy one without leaving marks on cups, masks, etc.
By the way, the oil can also be used with the Maybelline lipstick (Matt Stay Ink).
I have the shade 06 - Boudary Pusher. I have very fair skin, so it looks brownish with a hint of pink on me. I think it would suit girls with a darker complexion better. It's very difficult to choose the right shade even from swatches online.
When you apply the matte lipstick, it can feel drying and you need to wait for it to dry and stop leaving marks. Applying oil removes the tight feeling.
P.S. Maybe I'll give it another chance without using the lip liner (which will be a bit challenging for me), so if anything changes, I will update the review, but I doubt that the lip liner is to blame for everything.
I'm attaching a photo of how the lipstick looks when applied and the first two hours of wear (the shine becomes less glossy over time and gets absorbed).
I would also like to see more natural shades available. When I placed my order, I wanted Overnight Hero and Making Magic. I know that the second one can be ordered from Europe with a little patience, but there's no way to get Overnight Hero. Right now, I have mixed impressions and I'm unlikely to order again.
I have never come across such a horrible lipstick! It dries out unbelievably and tightens the lips, and it looks absolutely nightmarish! It flakes off in chunks, and it's impossible to touch up during the day because after applying another layer on the non-fading one, it feels as if a bunch of flies have stuck to the lips. So you have to completely remove it and reapply, and removing all the residue is not that easy either! The only positive thing is the convenient brush, but it doesn't save the situation at all. It is still impossible to use this lipstick! I can't understand why there are so many positive reviews here; maybe the quality depends on the shade, mine is 11.

Color 20 is very nice, especially for brunettes. However, it tends to dry out the lips, which I did not expect from my favorite brand. Awful lip gloss! The main shade itself is sticky. The transparent gloss is more like oil than shine. After wearing it, it spreads all over the corners and around the lips. It looks very unattractive. The lips look greasy and messy. It is even difficult to remove with micellar water. It comes off in chunks. I have bought other Nyx lip glosses and they were all great. I won't be buying this gloss again.

I have been waiting for this lipstick for so long. It seems like bad luck was following me. It was either out of stock or sold out from the warehouse, and even the delivery went wrong. And now I have shade 02 in my hands, and I am disappointed. I was expecting something super long-lasting and extraordinary. Instead, it is just a basic matte lipstick and a regular lip balm that doesn't add much shine. The lasting power is good, but it easily smudges on the inner part of the lips, just like any other lipstick. It clearly doesn't handle hot and greasy food well. It also dries out the lips, like any other lipstick, but it's not too bad, a lip balm is needed. I still want to order the red shade if the supply ever improves. But I'm not sure anymore if it's worth it. The price and quality are not well balanced.

I purchased the shade 05 Magic Maker. It is a good product, but it doesn't look exactly like it does in the picture. If you want the same shade, I recommend going for a slightly darker one. The lipstick is long-lasting and doesn't mix with any gloss.
Overall, this lipstick is great. However, it is not purely matte because it is very sticky. If you apply gloss on top, it looks great and lasts throughout the day (occasionally reapplying the gloss). But if you want a glossy effect and apply too much, it eventually runs down to your chin. I have the shade "Magic Maker."

I did not like Shade 4, it felt like a waste of money.
This is a decent and quite comfortable "long-lasting" matte lipstick. It only comes off with a two-phase makeup remover. The color is 02. Just don't bite your lips!
I spent a long time choosing the color, watched a lot of videos on YouTube. I ordered shade 01 - Born to hustle for my mom, and shade 02 - Goal Crusher for myself. I thought 01 would be more pink, but in my opinion, both colors are nude and don't differ at all. I liked the lipstick. It passed the durability test.
I bought two shades: Born to Hustle and Ambition Statement. Both are delicate yet rich in pigment, versatile shades that will suit most people. The lasting power is excellent, and they are comfortable to wear. I highly recommend them!
Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the color, it's a vibrant neon pink shade, not what I expected. The only positive aspect is its long-lasting formula, but after removing it with micellar water, it leaves an unpleasant stickiness and dryness on my lips.
