    It does indeed color, but it gives a shade closer to golden rather than copper. I decided to mix it with my daily hair balm purely to maintain the color.

    It truly enhances the red color of hair. It does stain the hands, but if you remember to wash it off, everything will be fine. I didn't realize that there was still conditioner on my hands, so now my nails are orange. The moisturizing effect is average, but I didn't buy it for moisturizing purposes anyway, and besides, I always seal balms with non-rinsing products.
