The texture, the powder, and the radiance, everything about it is perfect! I compared it to my budget highlighter, Wet n Wild Precious Petals, and OFRA is definitely much brighter! With just one brush stroke, you're already shining. It's highly pigmented and has a wet finish! I highly recommend it, it's worth every penny!
