Moisturizing Face Toner - Missha Cicadin Hydro pH Toner
I have been using this toner for the fourth time already, as I have combination skin. It moisturizes and reduces inflammation, which is really great. I also get it for my daughter who is 18 years old, and she is very satisfied with it too. I highly recommend it.
After reading previous comments, I was expecting more from this product at this price and from this brand (I really like Missha masks, foundation, Be Pollen cream, etc.). This toner slightly moisturizes, but I found it insufficient for the heating period. Some toners provide enough hydration for me even without a cream (I have combination sensitive skin), but not this one, I need something additional in any case. It didn't remove or worsen my small breakouts and irritations, they remained the same after a week of use. It has a herbal scent, thick texture, and is used sparingly. In terms of effect and consistency, it is similar to Clarins soothing toning lotion, but with half the volume for the same price, and Clarins works better for soothing irritation. I also don't see a completely natural composition. I think I will use it up and return to my previous toner because I feel like I overpaid twice for a similar effect here.
The tonic is wonderfully moisturizing, I'm ordering it for the second time.

The skin is combination. Previously, I used toner B2, and this one is just as good. It has a pleasant scent, moisturizes well, and is economical to use.
