Reviews about Payot Rituel Corps Gommage Amande Exfoliating Melt-In Cream

The scrub reminds me of my grandmother's pure apricot line in terms of texture. I give it two stars for the scent, as I didn't like anything else about it. There is no moisturization, in fact, I feel the need to apply a jar of cream after using it. Perhaps someone might like it because of the texture, but I don't understand the effect.

Nothing special, I wasn't expecting a wow effect for the price, but the scrub particles seemed too harsh for my skin.
In my opinion, there are many other budget scrubs that are much better and also gently exfoliate the skin.
Unfortunately, the scrub didn't work for me.
I give it 3 stars for the pleasant almond scent.

I bought this scrub back in the summer and it has been sitting around as a backup until now. I finally tried it and was extremely surprised. It is simply wonderful, the particles are not too small but they exfoliate the skin well without being too aggressive. The scent is pleasant, almond-like, delicate, and not too overpowering. I want to mention that for several years I have mainly been using Collistar scrubs. I was not too thrilled with their oily consistency and the jar that you have to "dig" into with your hand. Now, in contrast, I am very satisfied with this scrub from Paio!
