    I agree, this product is terrible. It has a watery consistency and there are some unpleasant particles in it. It might be some kind of defect.

    Horrible! Useless! I applied it, but there was absolutely no effect. This liquid did not moisturize or soften at all! The effect was like a lotion for "velvet hands," and the price is not low. I am giving it one star only for its pleasant scent.
