Foundation - Lirene Eco Natura Illuminating Foundation
The vanilla foundation shade is a confident winter sun-kissed beige with olive undertones. It applies beautifully on the skin, giving a radiant appearance. It doesn't dry out or clump. When applied, it can be layered, allowing for a denser coverage on problem areas. The cream is not particularly long-lasting, but it fades nicely. The shimmer is almost unnoticeable. If applied without a primer, it can be difficult to remove. It may not be the best choice for oily skin.
The foundation is good, with a pleasant scent and it doesn't dry out the skin. Unfortunately, the shade (I took 310) didn't match - it turned out to be yellow on my face as soon as I applied it (I have very fair skin with a rosy undertone).
I really liked the foundation. At first, I applied it directly to my skin and it didn't look great (all the flaws and peeling in the T-zone were visible). But when I used a makeup base before applying the foundation, it looked amazing. No flaws were visible at all.
The quality foundation is very suitable for my oily skin during the autumn-winter season.
This shade is too dark for my skin. I chose shade 310 and it is also very thick. I have to mix it with some moisturizer.
I was looking for a lightweight foundation with a natural composition and I found it. It doesn't contain silicones, parabens, or unnecessary chemicals (although it does contain phenoxyethanol, which is a controversial ingredient). The shade available was only 320, and it applies evenly, smoothly, and effortlessly on my relatively fair skin after summer. However, during winter, I would prefer a slightly lighter shade. It has a liquid consistency, without a strong fragrance, and leaves a powdery and matte finish on the skin. It doesn't dry out the skin or feel heavy on the face. It covers freckles and evens out the complexion as much as possible considering the composition, and only a few drops are sufficient for full application. Nevertheless, I still want to try a lighter shade.
The foundation is amazing! I am extremely satisfied with it. The light beige shade is perfect for fair skin tones. Some people claim that it is heavy, but that is not the case. It is actually lightweight and easy to apply with a foundation brush. It doesn't make the skin look shiny, and it provides excellent coverage, even in hot weather. It doesn't smudge or emphasize wrinkles.
"For the cold weather season, it performs quite well. The cream has a thick consistency, but it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It effectively moisturizes without emphasizing dryness. Additionally, it contains subtle shimmer particles."
The foundation contains microscopic shimmering particles, similar to a highlighter or illuminator. It can be used on the entire face, including the T-zone, but I personally cannot use it on my T-zone as it makes me look oily. It doesn't give the same effect as mixing a liquid highlighter into a mattifying cream; instead, it appears greasy and porous, as if there is an excess of sebum.
I purchased the shade "golden beige" for a sun-kissed look. The shade is nice and refreshing. However, the shimmer in this foundation is too intense, requiring a heavy application of powder, which is not suitable for summer.
The foundation oxidizes, causing the lightest shade to turn yellowish and not suitable for very fair skin. Other than that, everything is great, considering that it is water-based, it holds up well even in the rain.
