Hello everyone. Ladies, are you serious about writing negative reviews? This balm is so amazing. I have never come across anything better, especially for those with split ends. You apply it and they instantly become silky smooth, and even straighten out under water. It's such a pleasure. My friend tried it and thought it must cost a fortune. Even though I didn't order it here, I definitely recommend it. Ladies, go for it, you won't regret it. As for the shampoo, it didn't work for me.
The first terrible balm I bought made my hair the opposite of what I expected - it became stiff like straw. It didn't suit me at all. However, the makeup, as always, was excellent.
Great mask. Lately, I always use it! And as for the negative reviews, I can say this. Firstly, everyone has different hair. Secondly, it needs to be applied correctly (only on the length of the hair, without touching the roots) and left for a maximum of 2 minutes. And of course, not too much. I didn't buy it here, but I just want to say one word - Terrible.
It gives a heavy feeling and creates the effect of dirty hair. Probably due to the silicates in its composition. I have never been against Syoss products, but lately I have been disappointed in them.
I didn't buy it here. It's a rare find. My hair felt like straw after using it. Don't buy it. Syoss conditioner in a tube and toothpaste are much better options. That's my favorite.

I did not buy it here. I want to say that keratin is definitely included in the composition! I understood this from the specific smell that comes from the hair after using the flat iron and does not go away until I wash it. Anyone who has done nanoplasty, bixyplasty, or Botox understands perfectly what smell I am talking about. That same smell from which there is no escape for the first few days. I don't really like it during application, it turns into water and doesn't slide smoothly.

I did not buy it here. The conditioner is terrible. I apply it from the middle of the length, and where the conditioner was, my hair feels sticky and unpleasant to touch. At first, I thought I applied too much and didn't rinse it properly. The second time, I used less product and rinsed more thoroughly. However, the result is the same: clean roots to the middle of the hair, but dirty from the middle to the ends, even after washing again.
I didn't buy it here, but I am satisfied with the balm. I have porous, thin, colored hair, and I apply the balm only on the length after shampooing, leaving it for at least 15-20 minutes (I tried leaving it for 2-3 minutes, but there was no result). After using it, my hair feels smoother and softer to the touch, and it is easy to comb. It does weigh down the hair a bit, but for me, it's a plus as it helps tame my fluffy hair.
Wasted money. The balm appears thick, but when applied to the hair, it seems to dissolve and turn into water, which does absolutely nothing, if not worse. At first, I thought it was just my luck, but after reading reviews, I realized it's not. There are better balms from this brand for this price (at least, I had a better experience with another balm from this brand) or from another brand in the mass market.
The conditioner is thick and has a fairly strong scent. When applied to the hair, it seems to melt. After using it, my hair didn't feel clean and lacked shine. I only applied the conditioner to the length of my hair. For my lightened hair, this is one of the worst conditioners I have tried. Although I liked the shampoo from the same series. I didn't buy it here.

I didn't like the conditioner at all. Although it is quite thick, when applied to the hair it turns into watery consistency that just runs off. I always squeeze my hair well, but this doesn't help. My hair is not heavily damaged, as it is colored, but this conditioner makes it fluffy and difficult to comb. For this price, there are much better conditioners available in mass market stores.

I purchased this conditioner as a complement to the shampoo from the same series, and the shampoo works really well. The conditioner turned out to be decent. It doesn't have a wow effect, but it doesn't make my hair worse either (I have thin, porous hair). However, the unexpected issue was that it is so thick that it is very difficult to squeeze it out of the bottle... This is very uncomfortable. The manufacturer definitely didn't think this through.. For this reason, I am deducting 2 stars.
A friend recommended this Syoss conditioner with keratin to me more than once, so I finally decided to order it. I didn't expect anything special from it, just a regular conditioner. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
First of all, the scent is incredible and it even lasts until the second day. After the first use, my hair naturally dried and felt smooth and pleasant to the touch. It was easy to comb through and didn't get frizzy (in my case). I also noticed a slight salon-like effect in terms of hair care.
I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Maybe the balm just didn't suit your hair type specifically. But I really liked it, my hair is soft, silky, and doesn't frizz. When I was reading the reviews, I was hesitant to buy it. But I still decided to give it a try. Well, it paid off.

I absolutely love the Keratin shampoo and conditioner. This is already my fourth or fifth purchase, and over the weekend, I also bought the Syoss oil.
I have straight hair that is lightened at the ends, and it used to be frizzy and prone to breakage. It was also difficult to comb through. But this series has solved my problem.

Be careful, the positive reviews are fake. I gave this jar of balm a chance five times. My hair became sticky and looked terrible. Every time after drying, I had to wash my hair with shampoo TWICE. I've never had such bad hair product, even rubbing eggs on them would be more beneficial.
This balm is excellent. Before using it, my hair was like straw, and for such a price, I did not expect a decent product. But after just the second application, my hair transformed completely, and I couldn't be happier about it. Thank you so much for such a great product. I'm in love!)
