It does tend to have some fallout when applying. If I make a mistake, I can easily fix it with a cotton swab. I have very oily skin, and all the pencils and eyeshadows I've tried tend to smudge. Out of all the luxury and non-luxury products I've tried, they all smudge. Only this affordable pencil and this powder last the whole day. This review is honest. If I didn't like it, I wouldn't have written anything.
