I prefer these fabric patches over hydrogel ones. They adhere better, are thinner, and have more liquid saturation. While they may not work miracles, I hope that other options of fabric patches will become available.

These are great. They are not patches, but rather fabric ones. There are plenty of impregnations, and they refresh amazingly. The shape also suits me better than the patches from this brand.
