Reviews about Erborian Black Cleansing Oil

This is not exactly what I expected to see. I specifically wanted a hydrophilic oil, but the texture of this product is more like a gel cleanser. In other words, it is thick and difficult to spread on dry skin. The smell is pleasant. However, when I opened it, I thought that they mistakenly sent me a gel instead of an oil. This is not a negative comment, as this product did not cause any breakouts or anything like that. It's just not for me, unfortunately. (Just in case, I should mention that this product is stored in a warm place, so its thickness is not because it was cold.)

This oil is really good, but not suitable for removing eye makeup! It stings and irritates. However, it works perfectly for the face. It has an interesting scent.

It washes off well! Only a small amount of the product is needed to remove makeup.

This is simply amazing! The texture is very pleasant and when rinsed with water, it only takes a few seconds and there is no oily feeling like with other hydrophilic oils. I have tried Kiel's, Mac, and Bobbi Brown - all of them were a daily struggle to remove. Honestly, I had resigned myself to thinking that it couldn't be any different. But this product washes off very easily and when I apply toner afterwards, the sponge is just pure white. It leaves a very pleasant feeling of softened skin without any discomfort. I can't praise it enough!

I really like this oil - it makes me not want to wash my face with anything else afterwards. It removes foundation, concealer, and powder well, and I use a dual-phase makeup remover for removing eye makeup.
