Although it is not waterproof, it's actually good for beginners as you can easily correct any mistakes or completely erase and redraw. It's not waterproof, but it stays on perfectly all day. It comes off with a little effort.
The brush is convenient and it dries quickly on the skin. It doesn't smudge on the upper eyelid.
