The best hair mask in my life. I have been using it for about 5 years along with the shampoo from the same series and the liquid crystals. I haven't found anything better for my lightened hair. After using it, my hair becomes soft, manageable, shiny, quickly recovers after the lightening process, and is easy to comb (I always had difficulties with that). I convinced my mom and sister to try these products, and they are also thrilled. I definitely recommend buying it.

After coloring my hair, this Palette mask has been an absolute lifesaver for me. It suits me just as well, if not better, than the one with oats.

Perhaps this is a good product for natural hair without specific needs. However, it can damage hair that requires moisturization. I paired it with the Matrix Biolage Hydrasource professional conditioner so that my hair wouldn't get used to it, and for some time, I used only this mask and then alternated between them. I dried it. Especially on the scalp and some sensitive areas, the hair became dry, stiff, and tangled. My hair is long (6+, below the waist), bleached for several years in a row, and a few years before that just dyed, overall, it is problem-free but requires moisture. If you have the same need, be careful: this moisturizing mask doesn't provide moisture, and the destructive effect is not immediately noticeable because it fulfills superficial functions like easy detangling. If moisturization is not needed, I think the mask can be quite good.

This mask is absolutely useless. Other options from mass-market brands work much better. In fact, my hair ends have worsened in condition during the time I've been using it. I do not recommend it.

I tried the solid mask number 4. It might work better if used with the same series shampoo, but it didn't impress me. The scent is sweet and quite overpowering. As a lover of sweet aromas, I like the smell, but it is definitely not for everyone as it is quite strong and long-lasting. After using the mask, my hair is easy to comb, doesn't fall out, and the quality is satisfactory for me, but personally, I see this mask more like a conditioner. I actually preferred the one with oat extract. You can try this shea mask as a sample, it might suit someone else better, but it didn't impress me, so I will continue using the one with oat extract.
