Yes and no. It slightly tugs on wet hair. I don't know how to style it.

This comb is excellent for styling short hair or bangs. I have a bob haircut and I am satisfied with this purchase.

The brush is simply superb, nothing falls out, everything is made with high quality. The handle is comfortable, and the brush itself is very lightweight. I have short and thick hair, yet it combs through very easily. Drying and styling is a pleasure, as the hair doesn't stick out and that's a relief! It's worth the money, I highly recommend it!
