Cleansing Gel for Young Skin - Clarins My Clarins Re-Move Purifying Cleansing Gel
I have been using it for a week. I have normal skin type. It does not dry out my skin, cleanses and removes makeup well (I use a small amount of makeup!). Personally, I like the scent. It is not necessary to press the tube too hard, as a lot of product will come out.
I bought this gel based on the persistent recommendations of a consultant in another store. The result was disappointing, considering there are plenty of worthy products available at this price point. It does not remove makeup effectively, and it takes a second attempt to remove non-waterproof mascara, but only if you vigorously rub your eyes. It doesn't work well with BB cream, so I only use it as a second step in my cleansing routine after using a cleansing balm. The dispenser is very inconvenient - it dispenses a large amount of product, which leads to wasteful usage. The ingredients are not impressive. It is marketed as a plant-based product for young skin, but the manufacturer added a heavy and dense fragrance, which feels suffocating and "old-fashioned". There is no sense of lightness or freshness on the skin after use, and the scent lingers for a long time.
This facial cleanser is really good, I highly recommend it. The only downside is that the dispenser releases too much product, so you have to press it carefully.
The gel is good, it suits well, and removes makeup perfectly. However, the dispenser is not convenient as it dispenses a large amount at once, requiring some adjustment.
I decided to try this product based on positive reviews, and I really liked the mattifying cream from this line. However, I ended up being disappointed. It dried out my skin a lot and made it feel tight. After a couple of days, I noticed an increase in breakouts due to excessive dryness, even though I use both the toner and the cream after cleansing. I have oily skin that is prone to breakouts, and I am 20 years old. I do not recommend it.
