This scent is terrible to me. Yes, it is very strong, long-lasting, and has a lingering effect. However, I do not want to smell like this. It is also unpleasant to perceive from others. I can only detect a bitter smell of geranium and rose, without any trace of plum. It is just not for me.

I received my order. There are almost no issues with the bottle (except for a few points under the paint and a scratched sprayer). The scent is similar but different from what I already have, and I think it's better. However, the bottle is not full, it's not completely filled. I believe it's an original product. Thank you.
The fragrance is wonderful and it lived up to my expectations. However, I found the spray nozzle in the Travel Edition to be a bit problematic. It doesn't spray evenly with a light press, instead, it sprays in droplets.

I didn't like the fragrance. It's the worst version of this brand. It has an overpowering smell of roses. I'm disappointed, but at least I only bought 5ml.

It is too sharp and rough for my taste. It has a pleasant aftertaste, but it is very difficult to endure until you reach it - it even starts to give me a headache. I couldn't even use the 2ml sample. I keep it just to share with my friends and ask for their opinion. And they are also divided 50/50 on it. Therefore, a test is mandatory before purchasing.

Honestly, I was hesitant to write a review. Let me start by saying that I am familiar with Montale and I know how it behaves on my skin. I really love experiencing Montale directly on my skin (in this case, my own). I have only applied Intense Café on my clothes, but on the skin, it sounded brighter and more beautiful. The first time I took the travel size and randomly chose this fragrance. The scent itself is beautiful and I really liked it, but I was surprised that I couldn't smell it on my skin after a couple of hours, but it lasted and smelled great on my hair and clothes. When I sprayed the fragrance, it seemed more alcoholic to me compared to the others in my collection. At first, I thought it might be a good quality counterfeit (I had read somewhere that 20ml bottles are produced in the UAE using the same recipe). I was disappointed that the manufacturer and batch code are not indicated on the 20ml bottle.
In conclusion, I'm not sure about its authenticity. It lasts on clothes and hair. The scent is simply luxurious, it's incredibly comfortable. It even makes me want to smell it at home.
