I want to write about how this makeup brand treats its customers who have been placing orders for several years! Recently, when ordering from Euroshop, I received products without expiration dates, only batch codes were provided. There was absolutely no information about the shelf life! Upon inspection, it was discovered that the products were from 2020, but there was no clear expiration date. So, it was impossible to know immediately if the products were expired or not!!! Their customer service representative could not provide any information. After calling again and spending two days explaining the issue and sending photos, the expiration of the products was finally confirmed. The operator offered a refund, but under what conditions!!! Opening a foreign currency account in euros, returning the products, and waiting for the money to be refunded!!! Keep in mind that I paid for this product in cash, in our local currency!!! It is absolutely unclear why the refund process is happening electronically and in a different currency that requires opening a new account!!! And also, it is unclear when the money will actually arrive after returning the products! So, not only is the product expired, but in order to get my money back, I have to open a foreign currency account! Their official website does not mention that they refund money in euros electronically! They also claim to resolve this issue quickly, but it's the complete opposite! They do not provide any guarantees whatsoever. Neither for the quality of the products nor for the expiration period being within the normal range! Such treatment of customers is unacceptable!
