I regret not buying this mask earlier. It's truly better to sleep when there's no light disturbing you. Even waking up becomes more difficult, you have to take it off and give yourself time to adjust to the lighting before getting up. There's a foam roller at the bottom to ensure a better fit, but it tends to shift during sleep, although it's not a big issue overall.
