This mask is great, you can't see anything through it. It doesn't let any light through. It has soft nose padding and also a buckle to adjust the size around your head.
I do not recommend it.
The plastic loop that allows you to adjust the size of the rubber band is placed too close to the temple. It is bothersome during relaxation. I thought I would get used to it over time, but I never did(( it is still bothersome.
Before this, I had a black makeup mask and I didn't have such problems with it.
The mask is great! It's my favorite color and size. Now I can sleep longer))) and not wake up with the sun)))
