I agree with the previous comment. The eyeliner is terrible. It seems like it came in a dried-up state already. Before this purchase, I never had any issues with applying eyeliners. But now, it clumps and forms lumps, and it applies unevenly in some places, it's just awful.
This is the worst eyeliner I have ever had. Even for 50 UAH, there are better options. This one doesn't stay on at all, constantly smudges, and the brush is very uncomfortable to use.
