My friend and I ordered this shampoo from a different online store. Both of us experienced itching from it.

I didn't buy it here. I have been using it since June and have tried many shampoos from this brand. This one suited me the best. I have porous, thin, and very wavy hair, and I wash them every day. This shampoo not only cleanses perfectly and allows me to wash my hair every other day, but also gives amazing volume. My hair becomes loose and airy. I also use the leave-in conditioner from the same line, and it works wonderfully! Everyone's experience may vary, but for its price, this is the best I have tried so far. It doesn't weigh down my hair with silicones, and I haven't experienced any negative effects. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, it didn't work out at all. After using it three times, I started experiencing itching, flaking, and increased hair loss. I even developed a rash behind my ear. This is the first time I've had such a reaction to a shampoo.
