I have been using this mascara for a long time. It is hypoallergenic, doesn't smudge, and gives a nice effect to my lashes. The price and quality are great, I highly recommend it.

I suspect that either it has already been opened or it has expired (I couldn't find the expiration date on the packaging to check).
The consistency is thick and it clumps, completely different from what the reviews say.
