It works! It doesn't remove swelling and dark circles all at once, but it does over time. The sensation is very pleasant: it cools (even though I didn't store it in the refrigerator), nourishes, moisturizes, and smooths out fine wrinkles, although it doesn't work on deep ones (and I wasn't expecting a miracle anyway :)). I'm 46 years old and have combination skin. I would definitely buy it again. I recommend it!
