This is a pretty decent eyeliner for its price, I've been using it for over half a year. It's starting to dry out a bit, but overall it applies well and has a very convenient tip. The eyeliner stays put throughout the day, but if you rub your eyes or accidentally touch them, it will definitely smudge.
The eyeliner does not apply evenly; as soon as I started to touch up, some parts had already dried out completely. Moreover, it smudges throughout the day. I didn't like it. However, I would like to thank the makeup brand for their excellent customer service.
