Snail & Bee Venom High Content Day Lotion - Benton Snail Bee High Content Lotion
Age 50+. I have been using this product for about ten years. The cream has a thin consistency and absorbs very well into the skin. It may feel slightly sticky at first, but after ten minutes, the skin feels nourished and moisturized. I also use this brand's cream for eyelids and I am very satisfied with it. I highly recommend it. Plus, it comes in a large volume.
My first product from Benton, I wanted to buy something with snail mucin instead of the essence from CosRX. Ten out of ten for dry skin, it has no scent, so it suited my sensitive and temperamental skin. It hydrates, I use it under sunscreen during the day and under a thicker cream before bed. It also contains niacinamide, which is very pleasant. I sincerely recommend it to people with dry skin!
This product is extremely sticky, almost like it foams up when applied, making it difficult to apply SPF afterwards. I also ordered the toner from this line, and strangely enough, the toner seeps into my pores and when I apply the lotion, it creates a greenhouse effect.
I liked the lotion, it suited my combination skin, which is closer to dry. The consistency is pleasant and there is a very slight stickiness after application, but it is not critical and disappears quickly, literally within 15 minutes. The scent is almost nonexistent, which is also a plus for me.
Before this, I used the Oil-Free Ultra-Moisturizing Lotion with Birch Sap from Cosrx, which was slightly lighter than this lotion. I highly recommend it too! However, this Benton lotion feels more nourishing to me.
I have used the tonic and this lotion from this series. I have mature (50+) and combination skin. At first, it seemed like just basic skincare. It refreshed the skin well, without any special "special effects". But then, after a long move (a whole day in the car), a large red inflammation started to appear on my chin in the morning. So, this lotion, paired with the tonic, simply "erased" this inflammation right before my eyes. I have never seen such miracles in my life. So, the product turned out to be very effective. I recommend it.
This lotion worked perfectly for me. I am very satisfied with it, as I have used just over half of the bottle in 5 months, even though I apply it twice a day to my entire face and neck. My skin feels moisturized and there is no excess greasiness. At first, I thought it might be too lightweight, but even during winter, it performs excellently according to its claims. I highly recommend it if you have non-problematic skin.
I recently ran out of this lotion and I can't say that I liked it. Yes, it is lightweight and seems to absorb quickly, but it leaves a slight stickiness afterwards. I didn't see any improvement from using it, or from the entire series for that matter. My pores remained enlarged, and my skin became even less cared for than before. It became looser and more saggy.

However, this lotion successfully addresses all of these issues. When I switched to another product, I immediately noticed a difference and went back to using this lotion. For me, this lotion is a "must-have".

I initially used the lotion incorrectly, with a cotton pad. And for 4 months, there were no improvements, or so it seemed to me. However, one day, with the help of a cosmetologist, I noticed that my eternal companions, blackheads, had disappeared. My pores are now normal, less noticeable, and not like wells anymore. Amazing cream. It has a lightweight texture, and when squeezed into the hand, there is a barely noticeable stickiness, but considering that it is a snail cream, it is justified. When applied, the stickiness is not felt because the cream is absorbed instantly, easily spreads, and does not leave any residue on the face, only moisturized and soft skin. It is odorless, which is a plus for me as I don't like strong fragrances. It lightens dark spots, nourishes and takes care of the skin, and does not smudge under makeup. I have normal skin, but it still requires extra nourishment during the winter. The cream suited me perfectly. I chose it based on its ingredients (Benton's are flawless) and intuition. My skin became more even, soft, and velvety. The cream was also tested on someone with dry skin and performed excellently. Make-up artists are always great :)
