I gave it a two-week trial, hoping that my scalp would adjust, but that was a mistake. My hair became dull and I even developed dandruff in some areas. I threw it away without regret, bought a shampoo from another brand, and after the first use, these problems disappeared. My hair feels "squeaky" clean and my scalp doesn't itch. It definitely doesn't work for me.
The delivery was fast, I liked the product, it suits my natural blonde hair, and the shampoo has a pleasant scent!

It does a poor job of washing hair. Before, I would wash it every 2 days, but with this shampoo, I now have to wash it every day. Yes, my hair doesn't tangle, but I would rather spend a few extra minutes untangling it with conditioner than washing and stripping the color from my hair every day. The same goes for the metal detox shampoo, now I don't know what to do with them at all. I've returned to using milk shake for volume.

I have tried all the product lines of the L'Oreal brand, from Elseve to Professionnel, and I have tried the entire Matrix range, but only this shampoo caused itching on my scalp. My hair is porous, thick, and has an airy touch. Usually, I wash my hair every 2-3 days, but with this shampoo, I have to wash it every 1.5 days and rinse it three times. The shampoo is very wasteful, it foams moderately, and if not rinsed properly, it leaves my hair greasy at the roots. It is impossible to use it without a conditioner or a hair mask as it dries out the ends a lot. If I apply additional oil or leave-in treatment, my hair gets dirty even faster! This shampoo is a failure for me.
The new purple line from Elseve with hyaluronic acid is 200 times better than this one. It cleanses and truly moisturizes blonde hair, but the shampoo and conditioner together cost as much as half of this single shampoo.
It's a waste of money. Besides the delicious aroma of acai berries and the design of the bottles, there are no positives for this shampoo!
