Reviews about Dior Poison Girl Unexpected

I have read reviews before stating that this is a fresher and less sweet version of the EDT. However, I completely disagree. These are completely independent perfumes and I can feel the scent of chemically alcoholic cherries, sprinkled with a large amount of sugar. The fragrance is very sweet and long-lasting. I don't perceive any ginger or citrus at all. It is a must-try before purchasing. For me, the regular toilette version is more interesting, delicate, and lighter. I thought this version would be lighter, but no, I'm glad I tested it first.

I bought this as a replacement for my beloved Poison Girl EDT, attracted by the price and the reviews mentioning a gingerbread scent. However, I don't detect any gingerbread at all. Instead, it's very sweet, almost like candy and cherries. The scent lasts for about half an hour, and then it disappears completely. The longevity is just not there. When I came to work, a young colleague asked me, "Ew, is that hand cream? My mom had one that smelled awful...". So, while it may smell like gingerbread and cherries to us perfume enthusiasts, to those unfamiliar with fragrances, it just smells like unpleasant cream. Personally, I find that eau de toilette is much more pleasant, longer-lasting, and leaves a stronger trail.

I recently purchased this perfume and I want to thank the website for their excellent service! The scent is wonderful, it gives off a hint of "poison"! It's not overpowering, after 2-3 hours it becomes especially noticeable, but the people around me compliment on its pleasant trail that lasts for 4-5 hours, which is not bad for a toilet water.

I love the scent! My friend and I both perceive it as cherry (or cherry blossom), even though it's not mentioned in the fragrance description. I can't get enough of inhaling this aroma. I am absolutely delighted with this perfume.
