This is a great mask. I bought it based on the recommendation of a trichologist. I have been using it for a month now. I apply it to damp, towel-dried hair and leave it on for 20-30 minutes under a cap, then rinse it off. My hair is soft, shiny, and silky, and it's easy to comb through.
