Decent cream. It's better not to apply it on the upper eyelids and too close to the conjunctiva as it may cause redness. Just under the eyes, it provides a moisturizing effect and leaves the skin soft. This cream doesn't seem to offer much more than that.
This regular cream effectively eliminates the feeling of tightness on the skin after washing.
I didn't like it. Whether with it or without it. There is almost no moisturizing effect. I decided not to use it under my eyes and tried applying it on my face to use it up quickly. In the morning, I woke up with redness on my nose and pimples on my cheeks. Now I don't think I will use it on my heels either.

I have been using the cream for 9 days, but during this time I can already see a noticeable difference BEFORE and AFTER. The skin is more moisturized and firmer, of course, it cannot eliminate wrinkles completely. But still, it moisturizes. My eyes do not turn red, do not tear up, and there is no greasy feeling. There is no stickiness. There is no residual greasiness, which is very convenient. And it does not tighten. A small pea-sized amount is enough to work on the skin under one eye and on the eyelid, if desired, you can add it in a targeted manner. In general, I am satisfied with the product, it suits me. I found it lacking in moisturization. Most likely, it was this product that caused dry, red patches around my eyes. There is no scent, and the texture is light.
