This pencil is excellent. For many years, I have struggled with the smudging of red lipstick, but this pencil has solved my problem. It holds the contour perfectly.

With this lip pencil, the lipstick doesn't smudge. It's a fantastic thing! It doesn't add volume, indeed, but the lipstick becomes more long-lasting! Super!

I really liked it, the lipstick doesn't smear, but it doesn't actually plump the lips as described.
