It feels like water is being sprayed instead of shampoo. My hair even became dirtier. I want to either return it or get my money back.

So, for me, this is a minor detail in exchange for the good effect it provides.

The shampoo works perfectly! The key is to read the instructions. Shake it well, spray it from a distance of 30cm, comb or distribute it through the hair with your hands and you're done. Sometimes it saved my hair for three consecutive days! Everything is great! The scent is specifically for those who love sweet aromas. I'm not a fan, but it's not too overpowering - it fades away after an hour.
