Exfoliating Foot Mask - Pilaten Exfoliating Soft Foot
The mask is excellent. I bought it for myself and my husband (he has very rough skin). After 3-4 days, we both started experiencing skin peeling at the same time, revealing soft and tender heels underneath. However, if the skin is extremely rough, it is better to repeat the procedure after a few days (as instructed).
I really didn't like the effect of these socks! Let me explain: firstly, I soaked my feet and then put on the acid socks, with regular socks on top. They were comfortable to wear and the regular socks masked any unpleasant smell (if you understand how acids can smell, you'll get it). I kept them on for about an hour. However, when I took them off, there was no "peeling" of dead skin, no result at all. Honestly, I was disappointed. The next day, I soaked my feet again in hopes that something would happen and the calloused layer would start to peel off, but absolutely nothing happened. BUT!!!! AFTER A WEEK, MY FEET STARTED TO PEEL AND FLAKE OFF TERRIBLY! AND REMOVING THOSE FLAKES AFTER SOAKING IS VERY DIFFICULT! IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 2 WEEKS ALREADY! THANK GOODNESS IT'S NOT SUMMER AND I CAN AVOID SHOWING MY FEET! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SOCKS, AND I WILL NEVER USE SUCH SOCKS AGAIN.
This is simply a good foot exfoliating mask. It is suitable if you don't have severe calluses. I needed something stronger.
