Sage Hydrolat - Bulgarian Rose Sage Water
This is the best toner I have ever tried for oily and combination skin! I am delighted with it! It doesn't dry out the skin, but at the same time, it cleanses and mattifies gently. Usually, after using a toner, I would feel either a burning sensation (if it contained alcohol) or there would be a film left on my face, and my skin would quickly become oily. With this toner, everything is as it should be, it works correctly!
I didn't notice anything supernatural, but there is a big plus - it doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin.
