The scent is delicate, with a noticeable hint of violets. When I smell it, I can immediately envision a violet flower breaking through dry leaves on a meadow. I bought it for my mom on March 8th, and I will definitely get one for myself as well. A fragrance like this should be part of my collection, even if it's not long-lasting.
Unfortunately, the name "Violet" is the only thing reminiscent of this perfume. I can't detect any notes of violets or powder. It's possible that the scent pyramid has been altered since the perfume I received came in a different box than the one depicted here.
The fragrance is very long-lasting, in my opinion. It reminds me of the scents of Aqua Cologne and has the richness of a cologne. I didn't notice any powdery or vanilla notes, but I could fully sense the musk and violet. The scent is interesting in its own way, and I believe the upcoming cool weather will enhance it even more. The perfume: when sprayed, there is a sharp scent and the thought, "Why did I buy this?" Once it fades away (the initial notes quickly dissipate, by the time you reach the elevator, you will already be pleasantly fragrant), a light and pleasant scent emerges. It is truly summery and unobtrusive. It is a pleasure to smell myself :). However, you will have to reapply it throughout the day. It's good that the cap fits tightly. It's best to bring it in a atomizer. For those who have been searching for a violet scent and love the fragrance of Guerlain, but want something lighter, this is a great choice. And at this price, you simply must have it :)
