On the website, it was stated that a black fabric face mask would be included as a gift with certain items, including this deodorant. Therefore, we placed an order for both of these items. However, upon opening the package, we found hair masks instead, which we do not need. The website has already changed the conditions. The managers did not call back or notify us of the change in conditions. We would have ordered something else. Since we were specifically expecting these face masks, this purchase has left a negative impression. I give a negative rating for the service.
