The product description is quite strange, as it is just a regular nail polish. NOT a gel polish! I have been using it for a year, I bought it in Europe. It applies smoothly and wears well too.
When I applied the nail polish on the base, it did not go on smoothly (it clumped, etc.), and it didn't dry at all under the lamp. I even got the impression that it was just regular nail polish. I went back to the information about the polish on the website, and I followed all the recommendations for application.
