I used it for a few months and didn't really like it at first, so I stopped using it. But then, during a seborrhea flare-up (after trying a bunch of other shampoos), I started using it again, but now I rinse twice. And now, I appreciate it! It's great!
I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews about this shampoo. I bought it, used it, and my hair stayed clean for 2 days! Usually, with other shampoos, my hair would become oily by the second day. That's why this is the first shampoo that actually suited me.
Yesterday, on 7.12.2023, I received a shampoo from Poland. This product is of high quality and suits me perfectly. However, the bottom of the bottle turned out to be damaged, and a lot of shampoo spilled into the bathtub overnight. I had to tape it up and transfer it to another bottle. The shampoo is thick, and a significant portion of the product has been wasted. I am attaching photo evidence and hoping for an explanation from Makeup delivery.
I gave it three stars because the shampoo had its protective film torn off, and it was unclear whether someone opened it or if it was a packaging defect. However, the shampoo itself is good.
It greatly dries out the hair and scalp... It is impossible to manage the hair without using conditioner. It doesn't lather well, so you need to apply a lot. I understand that all-natural shampoos don't lather well.
I have been using this shampoo together with the conditioner for 1.5 months. I have an oily scalp and porous dry hair. Unfortunately, this shampoo does not reduce the oiliness, so I still have to wash my hair every day. I only apply it to my scalp and use the conditioner for my hair. It increases the volume of the newly grown hair at the roots, making it look unkempt. I will not purchase it again.
