The conditioner is not bad. I deduct two stars for the packaging: the product is thick, but the hole in the cap is small, and the bottle itself is also rigid, making it very difficult to squeeze out the conditioner.

I don't understand why there are such negative reviews. The conditioner is amazing. I have thin, dyed hair. It styles my hair nicely, and the ends look neat without weighing it down.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the results of this product. After using it, my hair feels like straw... very dry, almost as if it's not my own hair anymore. Other chi products work well for me, but this one is just horrible, absolutely terrible.
Terrible conditioner. I love the CHI brand, but this conditioner is a complete disappointment. My hair feels sticky, as if it's covered in something dirty. It's like the hair mask wasn't rinsed out and dried up. However, the smell is pleasant, like tropical fruits. Just to clarify, I didn't purchase it here.

In my opinion, this conditioner is perfect for blondes! It is very lightweight, not watery, with a dense consistency, and it doesn't weigh down the hair at all. It really smells like bubblegum. Personally, my hair doesn't get tangled, although I've had such problems with other products. Honestly, when choosing between Loreal and this CHI conditioner, I ended up choosing CHI.
P.S.: As far as I know, conditioner should not be applied to the roots of the hair, only to the ends. That's why this CHI conditioner is so good - the ends remain lightweight and at the same time moisturized.
I have straight, fine hair that is not colored, although it is thick, it always hangs flatly. I stopped expecting miracles from volumizing products a long time ago, and I bought this conditioner almost without thinking, just because my favorite CHI Infra was not available. Surprisingly, it actually adds volume - not crazy, but definitely noticeable. The hair seems to fluff up and doesn't stick together as tightly. They don't become as smooth as they do after using Infra, but on completely straight hair, it's not critical. Moreover, the volume holds up until evening without any styling products, just from blow-drying. Unexpectedly, this product suited me very well, and I will gladly continue using it. I think the effect will vary greatly depending on hair type.
The product turned out to be too heavy for my bleached hair for some reason! It leaves a feeling of film on the hair. Maybe it would be perfect for very dry hair. By the way, it doesn't provide any volume at all.
The best shampoo I have ever tried. I used to use Loreal Prof., Matrix, but Chi (specifically the violet one) is the coolest! I have natural blonde hair, and after using it, my hair becomes very lively, voluminous, and beautiful!
Great shampoo. The result is excellent when used in combination with the conditioner! After using the shampoo, the hair becomes smoother and feels soft to the touch. It doesn't tangle. It doesn't turn the hair into a sponge!!! It is not too expensive to use. It doesn't significantly increase the volume of the hair, but it does give it some extra body.
