I use this spray after using the moisturizing conditioner from Paul Mitchell to protect my hair from breakage. I recently purchased it, so I can't say much about its protective properties yet. However, I really like the effect it has on my hair. It adds elasticity, smoothness, and shine, which is great for my long, colored hair.

I didn't like it. I didn't understand it at all, and neither did my friend. We are both dyed blondes, but our hair has different structures. There was no positive effect, only clumping. The spray didn't work on dry or wet hair.
