Guerlain Black Perfecto By La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Parfum

This fragrance is quite controversial and complex. As soon as I opened it and sprayed it, I could immediately detect notes of tea, licorice, and pine. I will give it a month to settle and see how it develops. I was surprised by the modest packaging and lightweight plastic cap of these well-known Guerlain perfumes that I ordered from Europe.

Beautiful in both scent and design, this fragrance captivates the senses. The bottle itself is a work of art, exuding elegance and sophistication.

The difference from the very first "dress" is that "Black Perfekto" is more intense and sweet, but very similar. Immediately after spraying, it has a soapy scent, then it unfolds into a smoky plum and only then does the sweet black tea appear. I didn't distinguish any leather notes, but that might be just my perception. You can't drench yourself in it. One spritz is enough to smell good from a kilometer away.

The fragrance is beautiful, it's a shame that not many people understand it. It's neither old-fashioned nor soapy, it needs to be understood and felt. Yes, it's not light and I would say it's not sweet either. The cherry here is not like jam, it's smoky with a hint of sourness. The longevity is excellent. Many compare it to Lolita Lempicka, but I personally don't find any similarities, these are two completely different scents without any interchangeability. The bottle is from the September 2017 production, but for me, this is more of a plus than a minus.

The fragrance itself is stunning, very similar to La Petite Robe Noire but better, more concentrated and in the standard La Petite Robe Noire. The first note I smell is soap, and then a pleasant trail. Everything is perfect in this perfume. The order was delivered quickly. The only doubt I had was about the authenticity of these perfumes because of the packaging. The bottom of the bottle (volume, country of manufacture, etc.) is just a transparent sticker, not engraved like in other perfumes.

I have ordered the second bottle already, as I didn't understand this fragrance at first. My initial impression was that it smelled like soap, but after about 15 minutes, it unfolds completely differently. I only wear it at home, just for myself.

The scent is pleasant, but it doesn't last long. There is no lingering trail.

Unfortunately, I didn't like it. It's a very unpleasant perfume, and I even bought the 30ml size. I usually like everything from this brand, Guerlain. I have a miniature winter perfume and a 130ml toilet water. I even used the toilet water in the summer with just one spray, and it smelled nice to me, like dried herbs with lavender. But this one is a nightmare. Maybe it will be better in colder weather.

I was afraid that my skin wouldn't be able to breathe, but it doesn't suffocate, which makes me very happy. I bought it not here, but in Evi, 30ml. If you want a light skin with black tea and a balsamic hint of cherry, then they will definitely suit you. I can't get enough of them. It's a pity they discontinued it. But I'll say this, they are worth their money, so get them while you can.

The scent of leather is noticeable in both the perfume and the toilet water. However, the toilet water turned out to be more advantageous for me, as its longevity is almost a full day and it leaves a powdery residue. On the other hand, the perfume lasts for about 4 hours, with a monotonous leather note that becomes slightly acidic.

I initially purchased a sample, tried it out, and liked it. So, I decided to buy a bottle. The fragrance is unusual, definitely something that needs to be tested. Many people say it smells like a men's fragrance, but I disagree. At first, the scent is a bit sharp, but after a few minutes, it unfolds and it's definitely a feminine smell. It smells like cherries and roses to me.

The fragrance is simply fantastic. It starts off a bit sharp, but then becomes velvety and delicate.

I found this flanker to be a great choice for me. The classic version in the perfume water was too cloyingly sweet with an alcoholic hint, and the toilet water was too simple, like cherry compote. But here, there is a calm and balanced composition. This fragrance is not rebellious for me (according to the description by Guerlain), but restrained and peaceful. It settles very comfortably on the skin, blending in as if it falls asleep there. It reminds me of leather notes, dark roses, and black tea. I can also sense black pepper here, even though it's not listed in the pyramid.
I believe that this fragrance will suit those who appreciate serious perfumes that are not sweet, but rather quiet and balanced. Black Perfecto will also be perfect for men who are just like this fragrance - calm, intelligent, and modest.

The fragrance is more like a winter scent. It is rich and very long-lasting. Just one spray is more than enough. It has a luxurious aroma and a very long-lasting trail. The scent lingers for a very long time. Some might think it smells like an old lady, but it's not true. This fragrance needs time to unfold and reveal its true character. I bought testers to try and understand if I needed it or not. When all the testers ran out, I realized that I definitely needed it.

Not the most successful fragrance from Guerlain....Didn't like it. The scent is cheap.

I bought a sample of this fragrance, but I wasn't expecting too much from it. I'm a fan of fresh scents like Armani Acqua, Gucci Bamboo, Kenzo, and others. I know from experience that fragrances in black bottles tend to suffocate me and are usually too sweet for my taste. However, this fragrance is very soft, delicate, and mysterious. I also agree with the previous comments about the coat and hat. The only thing I didn't like was the first note - almond, as I don't like it. But after two seconds, that note disappeared. These perfumes are not suitable for me for everyday use as they are too sweet. But for an evening out, they are perfect. Now I dream of having a 30ml bottle.

I tried a tester and now I will order a bottle! The fragrance is luxurious, velvety, and deep. The ripe cherry note is distinct, sweet, and reminds me of a dessert red wine. I have seen reviews mentioning the lack of sweetness, but it's subjective. For me, the sweetness was sufficient, I would even prefer it to be slightly less.

I also agree with Anna's comment above about the hat and coat in dark alleys, it's spot-on! It reminds me of Bulgakov's Margarita.

Heavy. Prickly. Cold. Unique. Alluring in a way that is somewhat repulsive. Not a scent for everyone. After trying the sample, I want to own a whole bottle. It makes me want to put on a hat and coat and disappear into the twilight alleys. That's the impression I got.
