Sun Cream Gel for Oily and Acne-Prone Skin - Eucerin Sun Face Oil Control Gel-Cream SPF 50+
A very worthy SPF! It suits my combination skin perfectly. It doesn't leave any greasiness, you can't feel it on the skin at all, and it doesn't make the skin look white. I apply it in the morning instead of a cream, and it provides me with enough protection and moisture. It's just a great find for combination skin.
I have been using this gel-cream for several years and I am very satisfied with it. I have combination skin that is prone to pigmentation, so I use SPF50 every day from March to October. I apply it after moisturizing cream and it does not roll off, it goes on smoothly on the skin. This gel-cream can also be used with tinted products and makeup, it all goes on evenly. The mattifying effect is real, it even out the skin tone. SPF50 really works, my face does not tan. I highly recommend it for combination skin.
Girls with oily and problematic skin, this is the SPF you've been searching for all along! It has a very lightweight texture, provides excellent sun protection, and even mattifies your skin a bit. Highly recommended!
Comparing it to La Roche, it's like night and day. This cream, based on water, doesn't leave streaks or traces on the skin and actually mattifies (even slightly drying it out). Therefore, I don't recommend it for dry skin, but for very oily skin, it's just right. And the protection is good!
Simply the best sunscreen for my oily skin. This year, I tested about 5-7 different ones, so I'm quite sure about it.
The only one that truly mattifies. Upon application, there is no greasy or filmy feeling. It slightly evens out the skin tone, probably due to the presence of various antioxidants.
It is fragrance-free and practically odorless.
The only downside is that it should not be applied too close to the lashes as it slightly irritates the eyes.
I tried a sample of this cream. It has a nice consistency. However, because it contains physical filters, it excessively whitens the face, resulting in an unhealthy paleness. The finish is matte after application and it also leaves a sensation of having tiny grains on the face.
This product is amazing for owners of oily skin! I had my doubts at first, but I really liked it. My face doesn't tan at all, which is exactly what I wanted. I haven't noticed any new pigmentation either. I apply it every time I go outside and my face doesn't get oily. I'm very satisfied with it. I bought it for 349 UAH, and I got it during the winter.
I initially liked the cream. I always applied it when I went for a walk outside with my child. However, when I went on vacation to the beach and started tanning, I noticed that the cream was actually whitening my face. The tan didn't develop at all.
I am very satisfied with this product. It absorbs quickly, moisturizes, and rapidly mattifies the skin. I didn't experience any rolling or pilling (I think this depends on the basic skincare routine, as sometimes certain creams don't blend well together).
This sunscreen is excellent. It has minimal consumption but provides great protection. It tends to slightly clump, but it effectively protects the skin throughout the day, as long as it is not washed off with water. One jar has been enough for me for the second summer season and some use in the autumn. I particularly love the mattifying effect.
I am the owner of a regrettable combination of oily and problematic skin with pigmentation. Therefore, it is advisable to use sunscreen.
As a result, I have tried three products:
1) Ultra-light fluid from La Roche-Posay,
2) Mattifying fluid from Eucerin,
3) Cream-gel from Eucerin.
All with SPF 50.
Now, my impressions:
1) La Roche fluid: Before applying, the bottle needs to be shaken. It is liquid and leaves the skin feeling nourished. I think it would be suitable for dry or normal skin, as it made mine even more oily.
2) Mattifying fluid from Eucerin: This one also needs to be shaken. It is liquid and gives a slight powdery effect after application. It mattifies well. I had to make sure it didn't emphasize any dry patches. I found a solution - applying it on damp skin using patting method, and then it's all good.
3) Cream-gel from Eucerin: It is easy to apply without any extra steps. I applied it like a regular cream and it worked fine.
So far, I prefer this one more.
Take care of yourselves, everyone!
