I don't understand how a cream can have a worse composition for such a price compared to Nivea for the face and body. It would be easier to just buy petroleum jelly and use that instead.

Use products for your skin type after studying their composition. This cream is suitable for dry/normal skin. It is not suitable for oily skin, as it contains mineral oil and petrolatum among the top five ingredients. Using this cream regularly can result in clogged pores and inflammation. Therefore, it is not recommended or advised. It is up to each individual to decide which products to use. Professional cosmetics, on the other hand, also tend to use mineral oils and more.
