Reviews about Golden Rose Eyelash Curler

I came across this "miracle" in my shopping history and remembered about them. They arrived to me in the summer with the same defect as the girl below. I reached out to customer support through the form, but there was no response. As a result, the tool is just lying around unused. I do not recommend buying it.

This has happened before, where operators claimed to have replied, but the emails never reached. Perhaps it is a technical problem.

The curling is not good, the padding is very hard, so you have to press hard. And when you press, the eyelashes break. It's a vicious circle.
But even that is not a problem, you can get used to it. What really disappointed me is the obvious defect. The working surface of the accessory turned out to be crooked (photo attached). And the eyelashes turn out to be terrible: broken on one side and completely uncurled on the other. I only give one star for the comfortable rubber handles and the replacement padding.
I chose based on reviews, but it seems like we girls are writing about different products.

These curlers are excellent, they curl effortlessly and are wide enough. They also come with an additional silicone cover. I am satisfied with my purchase.
