I ordered the shade Glow, but the packaging says matte, while in reality it's pearly. I have a complaint about the manufacturer because they produce cosmetics and yet don't seem to know the difference between pearly and matte?!

I have the shade Shine, which is a dark color with a red undertone, a mix of brown and pink, perfect for achieving a juicy lip color. The packaging is very beautiful, and the applicator is convenient to use. I did not expect the gloss to be this dark, but I am considering trying other shades.
