Liquid Eyeliner - Bell Professional Liquid Eyeliner
The brush is thin, soft, and very comfortable to use. It draws eyeliner lines very evenly.
I decided to give this product a try, and I must say it's a good eyeliner for its price. However, it does take some time to get used to the brush.
I really liked the underwater, convenient brush.
The best eyeliner I have ever used... It has a thin brush, intense black color, and good staying power. I don't want to replace it with anything else.
I will start by saying that the pen is not as slim as shown in the photo. It is possible that it was just my bad luck, but mine is also split into two parts. In order to draw a line, you have to go over it 2-3 times, which leaves behind white, unpainted marks. I do not recommend it.
The eyeliner is indeed watery, and after the first application, it leaves light gaps.
The eyeliner is great, it doesn't smudge and has a rich black color from the first application. It perfectly coats the area between the lashes, making it ideal for those who prefer thin lines. And if you want to make it thicker, it's not a problem at all.
Good eyeliner.
I have been drawing wings for over 5 years and usually bought the waterproof Malva, but it has been discontinued, so I tried Bell.
The brush is too long, making it inconvenient to draw, but the tip itself is thin and soft, which is a plus.
In terms of staying power, it's ordinary. It doesn't flake off, and you can wear it all day, but it may smudge from snow in winter.
I'm only lowering my rating because of the length of the brush. I don't recommend it for beginners or those who want to draw wings in 5 minutes.
The brush itself is very inconvenient, but the eyeliner stays on all day. I changed the brush.
