I used it, and without it, I simply washed my face. It doesn't make any difference to my thick skin. It still works as a soothing mask after peeling. There were no burns or unpleasant sensations. I won't be buying it again next time.

Maybe it instantly neutralizes acid, but it doesn't soften or soothe the skin at all. After using a 40% peel from the same series, it's better to use a pharmacy panthenol spray to soothe it.
