21 - Ash Brown is a beautiful cool natural shade that applies smoothly and blends well.

The pencil is of good quality, thin and easy to apply. The brush is really convenient and shapes the eyebrows well. However, color 21 is a bit dark for me personally, as I am a blonde, even though my skin is not light. It is more of an ashy brown shade. Maybe blondes would still need a shade of blonde.

I bought it for the first time. I am very satisfied. I will definitely buy it again.

I purchased number 32, and this wheat shade is suitable for warm blondes. However, the pencil is very hard and dry, and when applying multiple layers, it clumps up. The brush is also very strange, this plastic comb is completely useless, it doesn't serve any purpose at all.

My favorite eyebrow pencil. I always go for shade 11, which is perfect for non-fiery brunettes and dark blondes. It works really well.

I ordered two pencils, one of which arrived completely sealed in special packaging from the manufacturer, indicating that it had not been used. The other one was without this packaging, and when you open it, you can see that it has been used on the lead itself. It is very unpleasant that such a large company treats its customers like this. Moreover, the pencil itself is not cheap. Therefore, I do not recommend it!
