Firstly, I have noticed that the boxes often arrive more and more crushed. Usually, this doesn't affect the product, but this time I was not lucky and the one-liter shampoo came with a broken dispenser (fortunately, I had an old one). I would have thought that it broke during transportation, but it wasn't found in the box, so I can conclude that they neglected me at the warehouse and gave me such a product (ironically, it was discounted for my birthday, as funny as it may sound). I don't need an exchange, I just wanted to leave a review.

This shampoo worked well for me, as it didn't dry out my hair (I have waist-length dyed blonde hair). However, it is important to lather it well at the roots and rinse thoroughly. So far, it is the best shampoo for me.

Usually, I don't blow dry my hair, so after washing it, it curls into locks. After using this shampoo, my hair becomes fluffy and feels very dry to the touch. Also, sometimes after washing, when I run my hand through wet hair, it feels smooth and pleasant. But after that, it becomes "squeaky" which is very unpleasant.
