This is not the first time I have purchased developer on this website. I have been using Inoa hair color (bought only here) for 2.5 years now. Since January 2017, the quality of the hair color or developer has changed for the worse. The 10.21 shade gives horribly reddish roots. And every time I open the developer, it spills out. It's very disappointing.
I liked the product. I have been a blonde for 20 years. After reading about the restorative properties of INOA hair dye, I naturally wanted to try it. Before coloring, my hair was in a slightly satisfactory condition. When applying the dye to my hair, I was a little scared because it got tangled horribly, and my attempts to comb it just made it worse. The positives: there is no smell, or rather, there is a smell, but it's not toxic. I washed the dye off my hair using a mask. The hair really shone, styled well, and became lively. This is despite not cutting the ends, so it had the same effect. It's been 2 weeks since coloring, and the color and shine are still the same. I liked everything, I will continue to use it!
