I have been using this shampoo for over 10 years. Before, I couldn't find a shampoo that suited me, but this one made my hair very soft and at the same time strong. My hair has completely stopped falling out, you really have to make an effort to pull them out now. It has a very pleasant scent and can be used once or twice in a row. My hair becomes even more voluminous and bouncy, just like in the commercials. I really love this shampoo specifically.
